1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using My Pills ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

My Pills is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create personalized landing pages containing links, social media profiles, embedded content, and customizable themes. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature sets.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on My Pills. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, host, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

4.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, phishing links, or malicious code
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is used for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors

5. Username Policy

Usernames are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or reassign usernames that violate these Terms, are inactive for extended periods, or infringe on trademarks. Username squatting (registering usernames for the purpose of preventing others from using them) is not permitted.

6. Paid Subscriptions

• Paid plans (Creator and Executive) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• All payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of access to premium features, and premium themes will be reset to defaults.

7. Fair Use & Rate Limits

To ensure platform stability and fairness, we enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan. These include limits on the number of pages, links per page, and custom domain usage. Abuse of the Service, including automated access, scraping, or excessive API calls, may result in throttling or account suspension.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Upload prohibited content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other users

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your profile data, pages, and associated content will be permanently removed.

9. Intellectual Property

The My Pills platform, including its design, logo, code, and brand assets, is owned by My Pills and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Pills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
